Sessions encompass a mix of strength training and H.I.I.T workouts, complemented by online nutritional support.

Mid-Morning R.I.S.E

R.I.S.E, designed for beginners and intermediate trainers, focuses on essential fitness principles, nutrition, and continual self-improvement. Develop the knowledge and confidence to manage your lifestyle and enhance your physique. Sessions, featuring a blend of strength training and H.I.I.T workouts, along with online nutritional support, take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, commencing at the later time of 9:30 am.

Men's Strength Training

Elevate your fitness with this Men's Strength Training course, geared towards enhancing strength, fitness, and confidence. Held every Monday night for an hour, this program caters to men seeking muscle development, increased endurance, and overall fitness improvement. Learn proper exercise techniques with various equipment, including barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. You will be lead you through challenging workouts focusing on strength, flexibility, and mobility. Additionally, gain the skills to design your own workouts for independent gym training. 

Woman's Strength Training

Embark on this Women's Strength course for the ultimate training experience in a supportive private setting. Tailored to help you attain your fitness aspirations and feel empowered, this program guides you through diverse exercises using equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more. Conducted in a fully equipped training room, each session provides the attention and support necessary for you to reach your full potential. Whether your goal is toning, strength building, or enhancing confidence, the Women's Strength course offers an ideal platform for achieving fitness objectives. Moreover, the program equips you with the skills to design your own workouts, enabling independent and effective gym training beyond the course duration.
